"Every conversation, lesson, and task that Bob provided helped me become a better leader. There's only so much you can learn by yourself, so having a coach that was truly in my corner, carried me to the next level of success!"

Leadership Coaching

Every leader I’ve worked with strives to motivate and inspire. Often, self-limiting beliefs or negative messages prevent them from fully stepping into their leadership potential.

The leaders I've coached experience:

  • Imposter syndrome,

  • Frustrations with a board that doesn’t fundraise (or doesn't do much of anything!),

  • Challenges to prioritize demands when constantly bombarded by them,

  • Challenges to manage a difficult staff person or board chair or a still-engaged founder,

  • Burnout from no work/life balance.

And that’s the shortened version!

Nonprofit leaders are sandwiched between the

board and staff and therefore have few opportunities to reflect, reenergize, and reimagine. Many of my coachees have said that their coaching session was "sacred space" where they felt heard and could tap into their inner leadership wisdom.

As your coach, I will ask you lots of questions because I believe that the wise answer about what to do is already within you. One of the many coaching questions I ask is:

“What’s standing in the way of you being the leader you want to be?”

My coachees have gained insight and perspectives that have helped them emerge with greater confidence and acquired new tools to lead, motivate and inspire. To take a coaching test drive, schedule a free one-hour session!
