I'm Bob Wittig. During my 30+ year nonprofit journey, I've worn many hats -- executive director, development director, board member, grantmaker, and volunteer. Wearing many hats, whether at Special Olympics International or the Academy of Hope, helped me see nonprofit organizations from many perspectives.
My coachees have gained insight and perspectives that have helped them overcome imposter syndrome, challenging staff and board issues, and work/life balance. They discover new leadership tools and strategies and emerge more confident, motivated, and inspired.
Consulting clients have reimagined their vision and mission, identified strategic priorities, increased board engagement and performance, and navigated founder transitions.
Together we’ve done all of this with a lot of honest communication, hard work, camaraderie, and a dose of fun along the way!
